2. Hack Squat. This machine is the perfect way to safely add weight to your lower body workouts and start getting seriously STRONG. Why we love it: We love regular squats, but depending on people’s experience, mobility or technique, they might be limited with how much weight they can add to their squat, therefore limiting their ability to get stronger… but this machine takes away the extra variables, and makes it easy to increase your load without compromising your form! 4. Concept 2 Rower. For an intense cardio workout that targets the whole body, you can’t go past the rowing machine!
Why we love it: It’s really hard! And we love that! As well as the convenience and versatility. We love to use it for short intervals to spike the heart rate, as well as longer intervals. It can really challenge your body and mind to hit a target distance or time, as your muscles and lungs are burning (in a good way of course!)
