We offer a wide range of  classes that cater for people of all ages and abilities

  • SPIN

    Pedal to the beat in our freestyle cycle sessions. Improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance while having fun and burning calories. Designed for all fitness levels, you will leave feeling awesome.

  • PHASE 1 WOD

    A unique class combination of cardio equipment and free weights, where a team environment will motivate you to push your limits. A full body workout that will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning.

  • HI-FT

    Try this fun and highly addictive combination of High Intensity Interval Training and Functional Training. The variety in this class will keep your body guessing and ensure you’re never bored. Think bells, balls, ropes and trx!

  • BELL BLAST

    A weight training class using YBells and Kettlebells for an effective whole body workout. Elevate your heart rate and burn calories by working on your aerobic fitness and strength at the same time. Test your balance, coordination and core strength with compound movements, and hit every muscle in your body.

  • BOX-FIT

    Learn correct technique and improve your boxing skills while getting a great workout and having fun. Improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, speed and coordination

  • BAND BLITZ

    Strengthen and tone your arms, legs, glutes and core in this total body conditioning workout, using resistance bands.  This 30 minute class is a great addition to all fitness routines.

  • ACTIVE ADULTS

    With a focus on low impact movements, this class combines strength and cardiovascular exercises to improve your mobility, prevent injury, increase energy and improve your overall fitness.

  • RUN CLUB

    This session is designed to suit all levels of fitness and running experience, with the option of distance and indoor (on our awesome treadmills) or outside in the fresh air. So if you have a goal to participate in a running event, whether it be a fun run or marathon - we’ll help you get there.

  • RESTORE

    A vital component in all fitness routines for recovery. A 30 minute fusion of yoga and stretching to improve your mobility and flexibility. Enhance your overall performance and stay injury free.
