  • SPIN

    Pedal to the beat in our freestyle cycle sessions. Improve your cardiovascular fitness and muscular endurance while having fun and burning calories. Designed for all fitness levels, you will leave feeling awesome.

  • PHASE 1 WOD

    A unique class combination of cardio equipment and free weights, where a team environment will motivate you to push your limits. A full body workout that will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning.

  • HI-FT

    Try this fun and highly addictive combination of High Intensity Interval Training and Functional Training. The variety in this class will keep your body guessing and ensure you’re never bored. Think bells, balls, ropes and trx!

  • BELL BLAST

    A weight training class using YBells and Kettlebells for an effective whole body workout. Elevate your heart rate and burn calories by working on your aerobic fitness and strength at the same time. Test your balance, coordination and core strength with compound movements, and hit every muscle in your body.

  • STRENGTH WOD

    The perfect class to compliment your spin and other cardio sessions. A guided weight training workout, that will teach you correct technique and help you develop overall muscle strength, power and endurance. 

  • BIKE, BOX & BELL

    A high-energy workout combining cycling, boxing, and kettlebell strength training. Expect intense intervals on the bike, powerful boxing combos for cardio and coordination, and kettlebell exercises to build strength and endurance. Perfect for those who want a full-body workout that’s fun, fast-paced, and functional!

  • ACTIVE ADULTS

    With a focus on low impact movements, this class combines strength and cardiovascular exercises to improve your mobility, prevent injury, increase energy and improve your overall fitness.

  • CARDIO WOD

    A heart-pumping variation of our Phase 1 WOD. This 'Workout of the Day' features our premium cardio equipment plus some other exercise favourites that will be sure to make you sweat. 

  • RESTORE

    A vital component in all fitness routines for recovery. A 30 minute fusion of yoga and stretching to improve your mobility and flexibility. Enhance your overall performance and stay injury free.
