In order to be eligible to receive a $40 gift card:

1. Your friend/family member must identify you as the source, when completing the sign up process.

2. Your friend/family member must join on one of our ‘Lifestyle’ Memberships (12 month minimum term).

Your Gift Card:

1. Is valid for 6 months from date of issue

2. Cannot be used for monthly membership fees

3. Cannot be redeemed for cash or returned for a refund

4. Must be presented to redeem value

5. Will not be extended past the expiry date

6. Can be used over multiple transactions
