Head upstairs from the gym and you’ll find yourself in a calming space that you can think of as a little oasis, a place where you can drop everything else and just spend a little ‘me’ time. 

As soon as you try our Infrared Sauna, you’ll understand how GOOD it feels, like an amazing warm hug for your body. But in addition to just feeling good, the infrared light is actually providing you with a whole host of health benefits while you’re sitting there soaking it in!
